air sports confederation achievement medal
Ronald has been awarded the Air Sports Australian Confederation(ASAC) achievement medal for breaking the following records:
AX6 distance record in a 56 - 378.8km
AX6 duration record in a 56 - 6hours and 28minutes.
AX7 duration record in a 77 - 9hours and 3 minutes.

AX-7 record for Duration - ronald Kent
Ronald Kent braved the minus 1 temperature in Ballarat to beat the AX-7 Australian Duration Record. Ronald flew for 9 hours and 2 minutes in his 77 balloon, which saw him overtake the 1999 record. This is Ronald’s third Australian record in little over a month. Congratulations Ronald!

Ronald Kent has beaten the AX-6 Australian Duration Record. Ronald flew for 6 hours and 27 minutes from Ballarat to Laanecoorie, which in his words was a “nice, easy, peaceful flight”. Congratulations Ronald!

ax-6 record for diatance - ronald kent
Ronald Kent has beaten the 38 year old AX-6 Australian Record for Distance. Ronald flew from Mildura, VIC, to just south of Jerilderie, NSW, covering an incredible distance of 381km in 4 hours and 30 minutes. Congratulations Ronald from all of us at BAV!
